Whether you are looking for a different hue or a full refund, our simple process ensures your home remains your happy place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your unwashed, unused products back into their original fabric bags and secure them in a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 10 working days of receipt.
